Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our survey form.
1. Anonymous Participation
All survey questions are submitted anonymously—unless you choose to share your email address voluntarily. While we do not collect your name or use your IP address for marketing or tracking purposes, we do temporarily log IP addresses to limit submissions to three questions per day per user. This helps us manage server load, avoid spam, and maintain fairness. Your IP address is not connected to your question content and is not stored long-term.
2. Optional Email Collection
If you choose to provide your email address, we will only use it for the following purposes:
- To respond to your question with a biblical answer
- To follow up with occasional information from our church or ministry
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal information with outside organizations.
3. Data Use and Storage
The content you submit (your question and age category) may be published anonymously as part of a public resource for others seeking biblical answers. Your email address, if provided, will never be published or displayed.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies to collect personal data about visitors.
5. Data Security
We are committed to keeping your information secure and take reasonable measures to protect any data you choose to share.
6. Your Choices
Providing your email address is completely optional. You may request to have your email removed from our records at any time by contacting us directly.
