Question: What can be done about a senior pastor when multiple staff pastors, and other pastors whom are a part of the congregation have left due to differences in theology and the manner in which the senior pastor leads the church? Is a concerned congregation member to believe that the same problem and conviction is an issue for those that left, or is it more likely that the issue is the truly the common denominator aka the senior pastor?
